We facilitate to all users enable to share personal information with other users by the purpose of general business transaction in any situation, MMC App will not involve in any business transactions, users may be able to access username or ID, email address, contact information and mailing information to each other, our terms of service required that a user may available the personal information of another user (referred to as the “recipient”)

(ii) Allow the other users (referred to as the “disclosure party”) to delete themselves from the recipient’s database and

(iii) Allow the disclosure party to inspection that the recipient shall be collected which information

12. How MMC App management and store customer personal information?

12.1 we adopted many security measures in place to ensure that your personal information in our system is secure and securely stored on the network, and have only a limited number of staff able to access to the system. However, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information completely.

13.1 we may share the statistical information regarding to our users and users use the service to advertisers and programmers only.

This service does not specialize for the users under 13 years of age, we will not collect or store any personal or non-personally identifiable information from individual under the age of 13. We would like parent or guardian to take care for their children not to submit personal information to MMC App. However, in case of the personal information has already been submitted to MMC App, it means that you have already agreed the obligations, terms and conditions as specified on the personal information policy of the users.

15.1 google analytics is website analysis service provided by google INC, google analytics uses cookies as text file stored on your computer to help the site to analyze how users use it. The information created by the cookie regarding the website using (including your IP address) will submitted and stored at the server of google at USA, google will use this information to analysis of website using, to collect the report regarding to the activities arising on the website for website service provider and others related to the website activities and the use of internet, google will also submit this information to third party in accordance with the law specified or the third party process the data on behalf of google, google will link your IP address to the other data which google has been stored. 

15.2 We and third party may provide download application or software for some time to enable you to use the service or using via the service, these applications may access by separately and permission third party to view your personally identifiable information such as: user ID and your computer IP address or the other information such as: cookies which you may have installed at the previous time or application or website of the third party that has been installed for you.
